Influence of the "Axion Field " on Hardness Pearlitic of Pig-iron

In 1993 were carried out the tests of microhardness of samples of alloys of iron on the device PMT-3 (see "Outcomes of experiment on study of influence of effect of Axion radiation on hardness of metal"). The tests were carried out for revealing possible effects of action of the "axion fields" on various material objects. In result the changes of microhardness as in the party of increase and downturn were fixed.

In 2000 a series of experiments on pearlitic pig-iron was carried out (C-3.5%, Si-0.8%, Mn-1%, S-0.15%, Cr-1%, P-0.15%).

In laboratory KSS Zhezkazgan of a foundry-mechanical factory the tests of superficial hardness on a Brinel method are made. The tests were carried out at loading 3000 kilogram-force by a ball D=5 mm. For an irradiation the generators of 3 models - generator "COMFORT - M" (K), generator with optical excitation (O), generator such as N2/96 (C) were used.

Irradiation by different models of generators have shown identical increase of hardness of pearlitic pig-iron within the limits of an error of measurement. Proceeding from this, it is possible to make a conclusion, that under action of an "axion field" in pig-iron there is earlier unknown convertible phase transition, which gives fixed stair of change of hardness.

In laboratory of material structure of Chemical-metallurgical institute AN RK, the measurements of hardness on separate phases of pig-iron (pearlitic, cementite and conglomerate) on the device PMT-3 were carried out, at loading 50 gram and increase microscope 487*. As the pressed tool (indicator) applied a diamond pyramid with the square basis and corner at top between opposite sides of 136 degrees.

The irradiation was made by the generator "The Generator of the "Axion Field " Sort 5".

The results of measurements are given in the table.

From the table it is visible, that pearlitic and cementite conglomeration of a phase are most subject to influence. It is possible to explain it by the maximal activity of carbon in these phases.
